Children and young people's safety should come first. This is general public information, not an approved safeguarding policy. Policy and designated safeguarding lead details are awaiting CSC approval.
In an emergency
If someone is in immediate danger, call 999.
For a non-emergency police concern, call 101. If you are worried about a child, contact the children's social care service for the area where the child lives. Do not wait for an email response from CSC in an urgent situation.
The NSPCC offers advice about concerns for a child on 0808 800 5000 and through NSPCC reporting advice. Children and young people can contact Childline on 0800 1111.
Contact CSC about arrangements
For non-urgent questions about safeguarding responsibilities or how to raise a concern with CSC, email team@communitysparkschange.org. Ask for the appropriate contact or secure reporting route. This general inbox is not presented as a monitored safeguarding hotline.
Do not send sensitive child information through general email. No named designated safeguarding lead or approved reporting procedure is published here because those details have not been confirmed.
Community session safeguards remain in place
Online parent-interest collection is closed. Parents and carers may email adult contact details and the activity of interest only. Do not send a child's name, birth date, medical information or safeguarding reports. Bookings, payments and attendance remain closed pending safeguarding, insurance, delivery checks and approved secured onboarding.
Later collection of child identity, emergency contacts, support needs and pickup arrangements is not open. Photo permission must be separate and optional at that later stage.

Before participation
Ask CSC about the relevant service's safeguarding arrangements, staffing checks, supervision, reporting routes and any support needs before participation. This page does not certify checks or arrangements as completed.
